Meet Sam
Hi, I’m Sameena a mama of two beautiful boys, and the heart behind Zumbini with Sam.
I’m British, with Indian roots, and bring over 22 years of international experience in early childhood education across the UK, India, and Doha. I hold a Master’s in Education, and my journey has taken me from nursery practitioner to manager, and later into teaching Year 1 but my passion has always remained the same: giving children the strongest possible start in life.Early childhood education has always been more than a profession for me it’s a calling.
Now based in Dubai, this is where I’ve built my family, my community, and a space where music, movement, sensory exploration, and connection come together with intention.

What age groups are your classes suitable for?
Our programs are designed for children from 0 to 8 years, with each class tailored to specific age ranges to ensure developmentally appropriate activities and maximum engagement.
Do parents or caregivers attend the classes with their child?
Yes. Most of our classes are caregiver-and-child sessions, encouraging bonding, participation, and shared joyful experiences through music and play.
Do I need to have any musical or dance experience?
Not at all. Our classes are designed for everyone, regardless of musical or movement ability. Just come ready to have fun and connect with your child.
What should my child wear or bring to class?
Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is best. For outdoor classes, we recommend sun protection, water, and appropriate footwear. All learning materials are provided unless stated otherwise.
Are the classes safe and age-appropriate?
Absolutely. All activities are carefully planned with child safety and development in mind, offering a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.
Do you offer online classes?
Yes. Our Zumbini Online (ZOOM-bini Club) allows families to join live, interactive classes from the comfort of their home.
